Shipping Policy – MewSmile

Free shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, high seasonal volume, weather or customs.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at purrdent@gmail.com. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, contact us at purrdent@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve it, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
